Most orders seem to be finalised, after order (95.2% are finalised in May-16). This means there are no delays between purchase orders and inventory receipt.

Action Points:

Management (Finance Department) need to decrease the allowed purchase order value in order to decrease the large amounts of purchase orders by the procurement and/or inventory team(s).
Management (Procurement Department) may need to reassess their suppliers- specifically Fabrikam Inc, which is the main supplier (73% of purchases in 2016). It is possible this Supplier charges a high cost for their products and that is why the average transaction value has increased.
